Bridge loans are interest-only 1-3 year terms, beginning in the $2.0M range. Our sources are private high net-worth funds that can be extremely flexible and fast in certain situations.
- CMBS Conduit Loans – Start with a minimum loan value of $2.0M and typically have fixed rates that are lower than traditional loans. These loans do have restrictions on types of eligible properties and prepayments, but are a great choice for investors planning to hold their property for the life of the loan.
